Additional district planning on what tools are adopted. We need to choose tools that can solve more than one problem.

Providing a centralized place for all stakeholders to fill out forms, surveys and make payments. Currently, we provide a lot of different methods to collect information from users - this is cumbersome and confusing.
We need to improve how we promote how stakeholders know what they need to do. Parents and families become overwhelmed when they have to go to many different places to provide the district information.
